Event Guide - CryWolf Fortress (Balgass)
INTRODUCTION
The CryWolf Fortress event is a cooperative challenge introduced in Season 2 of Mu Online. It requires teamwork to protect the fortress from the attacks of Balgass' forces. Players must prevent the Wolf Statue and Altar NPCs from being destroyed to ensure the fortress's defense.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The event takes place in CryWolf, where players must face waves of monsters led by Boss Balgass. During the battle, players must protect the Wolf Statue and the 5 Altars, as their destruction results in a defensive failure.
Event Stages:
Preparation: Before the event starts, players should position themselves strategically in CryWolf.
Enemy Attack: Waves of monsters begin attacking the fortress, including elite creatures and Balgass' minions.
Altar Defense: Players from the Elf class can position themselves at the Altars to strengthen the defense.
Balgass' Appearance: The final boss appears and must be defeated before he destroys the statue.
Victory or Defeat:
Victory: If the statue and altars are protected until the end of the event.
Defeat: If the statue is destroyed or all altars are taken.
REWARDS
If players successfully defend CryWolf, the following rewards are granted:
Increased item drop rate in the region.
Reduced NPC tax rates.
Extra experience for participants.
Rare items and Zen as individual prizes.
TIPS FOR VICTORY
Teamwork is essential to balance attack and defense.
Elves (Elf) should occupy the altars to strengthen the defense.
Well-organized guilds have a higher chance of success by coordinating strategies.
Focus on Boss Balgass when he appears to prevent massive damage.
