❌ Prohibited
🔹 1.1 - Promoting other Mu Online servers or any other competing games. 🔹 1.2 - Any practice of racism, xenophobia, homophobia, or discrimination. 🔹 1.3 - Sending messages with content related to sex, drugs, violence, crime, or any other illegal material. 🔹 1.4 - Using any hacking program, cheats, macros, or automation to gain unfair advantages. 🔹 1.5 - Pretending to be a member of the administration (STAFF) to deceive other players. 🔹 1.6 - Disrespecting STAFF members or interfering with the team’s work. 🔹 1.7 - Exploiting bugs, glitches, or cheats in the game. If a bug is found, the player must report it immediately. 🔹 1.8 - Flooding/spamming the forum, chat, social media, or any official means of communication with the community. 🔹 1.9 - Not respecting STAFF in any official support area, including Discord, forum, or social media. 🔹 1.10 - Creating, sharing, or encouraging hate discussions, fake news, or offensive content within the community. 🔹 1.11 - Engaging in the trading of accounts, items, or services for real money, unless authorized by the administration. 🔹 1.12 - Using character names, guilds, or account names containing offensive, sexual, or hate-inciting words. 🔹 1.13 - Spreading false information about the server, team, or players with the intention of harming the community. 🔹 1.14 - Any attempt of DDoS, server attacks, or actions that compromise the game’s stability.
⚠️ Any violation of these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent account ban.
⚠️ SERVER’S NON-RESPONSIBILITY
🔹 2.1 - STAFF will never ask for items, passwords, or any personal information from players. If someone impersonates a team member, report it immediately. 🔹 2.2 - STAFF will not grant individual benefits to any player. Support will always be impartial and follow the rules of the game. 🔹 2.3 - Account or item theft is the player’s responsibility. The server will not recover accounts, passwords, or lost items due to negligence, account sharing, or third-party fraud. 🔹 2.4 - Transactions inside or outside the game are the responsibility of the involved players. The server will not intervene in cases of loss or fraud. 🔹 2.5 - Personal conflicts or offenses between players in private groups are not the server's responsibility. However, reports of harassment, threats, or serious behavior may be analyzed. 🔹 2.6 - Scams between players who ignore the server’s protection tools will not be resolved by the team. Always use security resources to avoid fraud. 🔹 2.7 - The server is not responsible for technical problems caused by internet instability, disconnections, or player equipment failure. 🔹 2.8 - The server does not guarantee the replacement of lost items due to misuse, negligence, wrong trades, or any other situation not directly caused by a system failure.
⚠️ Always play securely and use the protection resources available. The responsibility for your account and items is entirely yours!
💰 Contributions
🔹 3.1 - All contributions must be made exclusively through the official digital platforms provided by the server. 🔹 3.2 - Any contributed amount will be considered a voluntary donation and will be used for the maintenance and improvement of the server. 🔹 3.3 - If there is a delay in receiving credits due to issues with third-party platforms, players must wait for the situation to be resolved. The team cannot directly interfere with these services. 🔹 3.4 - There will be no refunds for donations, regardless of the situation. All contributions are irreversible and non-refundable. 🔹 3.5 - Any attempt of fraud, chargebacks, use of exploits, or abuse of systems to gain unfair advantages will result in a permanent account ban, with no right to refund or item recovery. 🔹 3.6 - The server is not responsible for payments made through unofficial channels or transactions made between players. 🔹 3.7 - By making a donation, the player acknowledges and agrees to all the rules above.
⚠️ Supporting the server is a voluntary choice! Always contribute responsibly and through official means.
🔑 Account Data Recovery
🔹 4.1 - To recover your password or PID, use the official "Forgot My Password" tool available on the server’s website. 🔹 4.2 - If you have lost other account-related data or logs, the player must open a ticket on the official support platform to request recovery. 🔹 4.3 - Account data recovery will be done exclusively via ticket. We do not provide support through social media, WhatsApp, email, or any other digital platform. 🔹 4.4 - The player is responsible for the security of their account. Never share your password or personal data with third parties, nor use the same login/password on suspicious sites. 🔹 4.5 - The server team will never ask for your password or confidential information. If someone asks, report it immediately.
⚠️ Protect your account! Use secure passwords and always be cautious of scam attempts.
🚫 Account Lock / Ban
🔹 5.1 - Users who violate any of the above rules will be subject to punishments, which may include warnings, temporary blocks, or permanent bans. 🔹 5.2 - Players caught cheating will have their account reviewed. If cheating, hacks, or exploits are confirmed, the involved account will be permanently banned. 🔹 5.3 - If a player continues using illicit programs, all accounts associated with the IP/HD may be permanently banned without recourse. 🔹 5.4 - All evidence will be evaluated and judged by the server administration, including logs, videos, or evidence collected by the team. 🔹 5.5 - Lost items or donations cannot be recovered after a permanent ban. The player assumes full responsibility for their actions. 🔹 5.6 - No prior warning will be given before a lock/ban. If the player wants more information, they should open a ticket on the official support platform. 🔹 5.7 - Unfounded reports or evidence will be discarded. Only concrete evidence will be considered for analysis.
